Bush, Yankees win

Rudy Guiliani took a gamble - he missed his beloved New York Yankees playing the Cursed Boston Red Sox in order to watch President Bush debate Senator Kerry. His great risk paid off, as the Yankees won and so did Bush in my mind.

I thought Bush won on points (probably taking 9-10 of the questions, tying on another 5-6) but also in style. He seemed relaxed and finally happy to actually be there. Kerry just seem tired and repeated the same lines from the previous debates.

Regardless, it wasn't a huge win for Bush, but it was enough of one. Now we're in the final days of this campaign, should be interesting to say the least.

Oh and the Yankees won too. I saw a interview with Giuliani where there was clearly a TV sitting next to him so he could watch while being interviewed --- he clearly winced at the exact moment the first (and only) Red Sox run scored.

Anyways, I've got two tests to study for and I haven't done any studying yet. Gonna be an interesting day tomorrow.
