San Francisco time!
So I was in San Francisco for the past couple of days for a little Call of Duty: Finest Hour get together. It was a good time, and I had two incredible steaks, a couple pints of beer, some awesome wine, and a very nice 20-year port where I could taste the oak from the barrel. Absolutely amazing stuff.
One of my favorite moments of the whole trip though was this painting that was in the private room where we had dinner the first night.
There is so much sexual suggestiveness/hooking up going on in that picture it is amazing. Maybe it was just amazing after the booze. You decide.
While I never had a chance to be out of meetings during the day, or even at night, I managed to snap some pictures from the bus, sorry about the iffy quality, but I thought it was a beautiful day in the Bay Area.
The bay as we're coming back in. You can see Alcatraz and the GOlden Gate Bridge (we're on the Bay Bridge).
View of downtown.
The Bay Bridge.
Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the massive amount of hotel protestors that were making insane amounts of noise outside of the hotels so that no one could sleep as of 6 am each morning. It was crazy. Fortunately, the Drake didn't have protestors and they put me in a back room (no view, but I could sleep, so I'll take it).
