It's been such a long time
I'm wiped... failing a econ class, working in just an environment that is continuing to become less and less fun, attempting to play dozens of games and write about them.
I'm just running low on juice. Gotta be in for a bit tomorrow, late night meeting, followed by an early leave time to Kansas City on Saturday morning. This weekend just doesn't look like it's going to get any more fun.
*Sigh*
Life isn't where I want it right now. I'm just kind of hanging in there at the moment.

All These Things That I Have Done
The 5th week of the semester... hard to believe we're basically a third of the way through it. Work will only get more intense with the holidays coming up, both at Best Buy and in the writing job --- which is going to grow with the relaunch of CGO in the next couple weeks.
I'm exhausted. I'm barely holding work, writing/doing research (who am I kidding - playing games), and school all together at the same time. The problem is that right now I can't get away with just two of these things. I'm close with the writing... maybe in a few months if it grows just a bit I'd be able to get out of Best Buy and focus solely on staying home. I'd need a bit more than what Troy and I will be splitting right now though.
Saw Broken Flowers with Nick the other day after the heart-stopping Nebraska win over Pitt. Nice mellow movie after such a tense game. Highly reccommended if you have any sort of patience for a deliberately paced film.
Anyways. I have 6 hours of class ahead of me. Not sure how I'll stay awake.

Children of the Revolution
The Nintendo Revolution controller was revealed tonight and boy oh boy is it awesome. I'm definitely excited about getting my hands on that bad boy.
In other news, I rocked a presentation out hardcore tonight, and tomorrow I have to work, then go meet everyone for dinner to celebrate Tracy and Nick, and then go back to work to close. Then Saturday is Gameday.
Wheee!

7.1, Reference Level at 2 am = a house being woken up
Got my new Athena speakers today. Pretty much just slapped everything together, and it's going to be touch and go for a week or two until the room is re-arranged and I hide the cables and calibrate everything.
Josh will hopefully pass his checkride and I'll be able to take a personal day and chill out with him Friday before hitting the Wake Forest game on Sat.
Anyways... I'm finally getting over this sickness. Gotta work tomorrow, still just waiting on a promotion... there is nowhere for me to go yet, just waiting for a position to open up.
Other than that... I dunno... just been busy as hell.
